We take great care in creating items that are uniquely made for you, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if a mistake was made on your order, please contact me at stitchingbysally17@gmail.com within 3 days to initiate a replacement.

To keep your embroidered items looking their best, please follow these care guidelines:

-machine wash items inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle

-Lay flat or use low heat to dry

-If needed, iron inside out on a low setting to avoid damaging the embroidery
