The current turnaround time (TAT) is displayed in the website announcement bar. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping. If you need your order sooner than 7 days, please email me to arrange a rush order—additional fees will apply.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground (3-5 business days) unless Priority Mail is purchased at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Please note that once your package is handed over to USPS, my shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We take great care in creating items that are uniquely made for you, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if a mistake was made on your order, please contact me at stitchingbysally17@gmail.com within 3 days to initiate a replacement.

Washing Instructions
To keep your embroidered items looking their best, please follow these care guidelines:
-machine wash items inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle
-Lay flat or use low heat to dry
-If needed, iron inside out on a low setting to avoid damaging the embroidery
