Our embroidery studio is located just outside of Pinehurst in West End, North Carolina. This is where all custom embroidery and orders are designed and created, and local drop-offs and pickups can be arranged.

We do not have a traditional storefront, but a small selection of our items can be found in person at Made & Found in Aberdeen, NC, where we have a booth featuring rotating pieces.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made specifically for you with great care and attention to detail.

If there is an issue or a mistake with your order, please contact us at stitchingbysally17@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item, and we will be happy to review it and work toward a resolution or replacement if applicable.

Orders are processed and shipped within the stated turnaround time. Please refer to the announcement bar for the most up-to-date processing times.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground (3–5 business days) unless Priority Mail is selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If any issues arise during transit, please contact your local post office for assistance.

We do accept personal items for embroidery. This service starts at $18, with final pricing depending on the item type and design complexity. Please reach out with details so we can review your project and provide a quote before getting started.

To keep your embroidered items looking their best, please follow these care guidelines:

-machine wash items inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle.

-Lay flat or use low heat to dry.

-If needed, iron inside out on a low setting to avoid damaging the embroidery.
